Pressura was established by the Floteks https://floteks.com.tr/ to specialize in the manufacturing of Type 4 composite pressure vessels.

Floteks pioneered the production of plastic parts through rotational molding in Turkey, subsequently gaining international recognition for its expertise in this technology. With certifications of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and AS 9100, Floteks places customer satisfaction at the forefront of its values. Pressura focuses on manufacturing Type IV composite pressure vessels for the storage and transportation of compressed gases such as CNG and H2. With an in-house mold shop, Pressura offers extensive design flexibility. High-quality automotive-grade materials and precise manufacturing processes ensure these vessels meet rigorous safety and functional requirements. Pressura conducts thorough hydrostatic and pneumatic End of Line tests in-house, producing lighter, safer composite pressure vessels for trucks, buses, tractors, construction vehicles, marine vehicles, and light commercial vehicles.

What Are We Doing?

Pressura is at the forefront of manufacturing Type 4 composite pressure vessels in Turkey, specializing in the storage and transportation of various compressed gases.


At Pressura we specialize in a range of capabilities aimed at delivering cutting-edge solutions in composite pressure vessel technology. Our expertise spans co-designing and specifying product requirements, including Type 4 composite pressure vessel modeling and finite element analysis (FEA). We excel in end-boss design and FEA analysis, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. With a focus on innovation, we lead in Type 4 plastic liner design and liner’ s mold production, complemented by advanced filament winding simulations and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Our production capabilities extend to Type 4 thermoplastic liner manufacturing in-house, and we meticulously characterize the effect of processing parameters on the characteristics of the various polymer materials.


Using filament winding technology, we produce composite vessels with exceptional quality, subjecting them to stringent hydrostatic burst, proof pressure, and cycle and various accelerated aging tests to ensure durability and safety. Comprehensive pneumatic gas leak tests further validate our commitment to delivering superior products that meet the highest industry standards.
